A postcard from Malaysia! Very cool! I think it is a good representation of what they have going on. It was received through postcrossing. I am really enjoying receiving all the different cards. I think this is my first postcard from Malaysia. I am not positive, though. I haven't organized my cards in a while...

21 - Postcard from Thailand

This postcard is from a postcrosser in Thailand. I have a few postcards from there because my mother was on a cruise, but this is the first one someone has mailed from there. I was excited! The postcrosser mentions that it is winter there, but still warm. It is not warm here!

20 - Postcard from Poland

A postcrosser in Poland sent me this drawing as a postcard. I have to admit I have mixed feelings about not actually receiving an actual postcard, but that's not to say that I don't like it... As I said, it is a mixed bag! I am still including on here because it was received through postcrossing.

19 - Postcard from Orlando

I got this postcard from Orlando, Florida, US. It is not the typical scene I get from Florida, so I really like it! Plus, it is very clear where it is from. It was received from postcrossing. I would love to visit Florida one day. It is nice to remember that tourist cities are not all touristy...

18 - Postcard from Japan

I received this postcard from Japan. I have a few because we had an exchange student from there, but I think this is really cool! According to the person that sent it to me it is the Japanese picture 'Ukiyo-e'. It comes from a postcrosser that lives near Tokyo, Japan.

The postcrosser also points out that the first stamp is also 'Ukiyo-e' and includes Mt. Fujo in the centre.

15 - Postcard from Orlando, Florida

This is a postcard I received from Nicole from postcrossing.com. I have always wanted to make it to Florida... One day! With the snow on the ground at the moment it is tempting!!

This postcard is from Germany. All I know is that it is by Jenny Boken. Unfortunately I don't read German well enough to know what the rest of the writing says. This postcard took 10 days to arrive and included this stamp:

11 - Postcard from Finland

This is a Christmas postcard from Finland. That text, according to the sender, says 'Peaceful Christmas'. The painting is by Rudolf Koivu and is a traditional Finnish Christmas card. They are remakes of the originals. The postcard took 13 days to arrive from Finland. I love this card! Here is the stamp:

2 - Postcard from Russia

Isn't this postcard from Russia fantastic? I definitely want to visit here one of these days! This is The Red Square and a monument to K.M. Minin and Prince D.M. Pozharsky. This is my first postcard from Russia and it is wonderful! I was so impressed when I received it. It made me even more excited about what other treasures I will receive in the mail.

I received this postcard in December 2012 as part of Postcrossing.com. It is from the Netherlands. It is my first postcard from the Netherlands. I have sent a few out so far, so they have a large group on postcrossing. I think this was a good start to my Netherlands collection, though. I look forward to more postcards from there.
